Description
This cut to length line is used for leveling and cutting to length of panels. We have series of cut to length lines, with thickness from 0.2 to 12mm and width up to 2000mm. The cut to length machine includes decoiler, guiding device (lead head, press head, shovel head), pinch roll for feeding, centering and calibrating device, leveler, cut to length machine, stacker, and unloading trolley.

Features
1. Hydraulic conical uncoiler: loading capacity of 15T. Coil inner diameter: 508mm to 610mm. Coil width: 1600mm to 2000mm
2. Hydraulic conical uncoiler is composed of bottom-stand (guiding track pattern), frame, detent device, discharging axe, conical discharging plate, hydraulic pushing device, clutch, etc.
3. Hydraulic coil car: loading capacity of 15T. This wagon is used for the movements and lifting of rolling coil plates. The operation and lifting of this dolly is conducted by oil cylinder.
4. Hydraulic guiding-head, shovel-head device: This is consisting of frame-stand, hydraulic arm, pressing & guiding roller, hydraulic leveling-head, shovel-head, etc. accompany of seam needle decelerating motor: 7.5kW.
5. Hydraulic feeding machine: This is composed of frame, torii stand, squareness slide supporting stand, feeding rollers, hydraulic lifting device, clutch, accompany of decelerator 400, motor (11kW).
6. Rolling orbit table: 4m, this is composed of bottom-stand, rolling orbit, bearing-stand, etc.
7. Guiding device: it covers worktable frame, guiding pole, adjustment device, movable plane plate and clutch with multi-roller, etc.
8. Leveler: this power part is composed of power-stand, decelerator 650, direct-current speed adjustable motor (55kWEuro-therm), direct-current cabinet, distributing case, universal joint, etc.
9. Host machine: it includes leveling-stand, frame, slide, axe roller 15pcs (roller diameter: Φ140mm), electronic lifting & pressing device, accompany of two motors( 3kW).
10. Coding device: it consists of coding transition table, coding & pinch device, coder, etc.
11. Cut to length machine: It is electric control, 6.3×2000mm size control or according to buyer’s request.
12. Worktable, swaying pneumatic pinch machine: This is composed of worktable, frame, rolling orbit, bearing-stand, etc. accompany of seam needle decelerating motor (4kW).
13. Unloading car: Vertically and horizontally pneumatic pushing device.
14. Full set of electric control system: it consists of host electric operating desk, front operating table, etc.
15. Hydraulic system: This is composed of hydraulic station, pipe, tie-in, etc. Hydraulic oil, lubricate oil, pneumatic resource shall provided by the user.
16. The main components & damageable component in electronic equipment is accordance with GB stipulation (the Standard of People's Republic of China).
